Blue Iris can't send notifications to other apps, so Caesa Bridge does. It's a small program that runs beside Blue Iris on the same PC, and sends AI-confirmed alerts to your phone in a second or two, through the reverse proxy that already serves Blue Iris. No new ports, no cloud, no account.

Installs itself
Double-click it, accept the administrator prompt, and it installs as a Windows service that starts with the PC, and opens its setup page. It finds Blue Iris by itself.
No passwords stored
The Bridge has no login of its own. Each phone signs in with its own Blue Iris account, and Blue Iris decides which cameras each person may see.
Updates from the app
A phone signed in as a Blue Iris administrator offers new versions in Settings. Every update is signed, and the Bridge checks the signature before installing it.
One check for everyone
However many people and phones share your Blue Iris, the Bridge asks it once a second, not once per phone.
